This product took about 2.5 months to ship -- and upon arrival, the (glued) center glass had popped off from the frame. The "tea stain" came off with glue. After I picked up the item, from out of the package, the side glass popped off as well. I am replacing with my own (real) stained glass. The operation of the door bell works as expected & no problems there. Still trying to figure out what is "hand-carved" on this resin product.

However I'm just happy to have a unique door chime.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
